Cast Sign On 2020

SIGN ON FOR 2020 IS NOW CLOSED

What a crazy world we live in at the moment, we hope you are all keeping safe and staying at home.

In 2020 we will definitely put a Blackpool Gang Show on in one form or another, at the moment the exact format cannot be determined but we have the energy and enthusiasm from all the cast and crew to succeed in our challenge.

We are calling on all those members of Blackpool Scouts and Guides that want to be part of Blackpool Gang Show to sign on and take part.

What is Blackpool Gang Show? It is a variety show put on by the Scouts & Guides from Blackpool from 6 years upwards. It is held at the iconic Grand Theatre in the town centre. 2020 sees us perform our 59th show. It is a chance for the cast to perform on a professional stage singing, dancing and acting.

This year the production team have worked hard to put a show together ready for the show week at the Grand Theatre on 28th to 31st October; however this could change as soon as information is confirmed you will be told.

What do I do? We hear you call… well it is dead easy,  click on the sign on button below,  complete all the questions including the consent authorisations.

Once you have done this you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, a few days after, and a password to the cast area of the website. This will give you access to the cast handbook and eventually the music and videos of the dance routines and actions.

The cast handbook is full of information and must be read. Some of the information has to be confirmed for example the rehearsal dates as due to the current situation we cannot hold them.

Please make sure you join our Closed Facebook Group called Blackpool Gang Show Cast 2020, here we will post information about the show and rehearsals. The main method of contact will be via e-mail with this being mirrored on social media to ensure the messages get to all concerned.

If you have a question about anything connected with the BGS, Darrell, the show Director, will be online via Zoom between 7pm and 8pm on Tuesday 21st and 28th April. You will be able to sign in to the Zoom meeting and speak to him directly. Please email us for the call details.  After each of these sessions he will post the questions and answers on the website for others to see.

Remember, you can sign on at any point from Tuesday 21st April at 6:30pm until Tuesday 5th May.
